1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At SpaBerry, we provide standard delivery for aftermarket products via our shipping partner Canada Post.

For SpaBerry Hot Tub units shipping is made to your closest local depot. In-Store collection can also be arranged.

Please Note that all delivery ETAS (Estimated Time of Arrival from the Factory) are estimates and that SpaBerry will update you as to the progress of your shipment should there be any changes to the original ETA. Specified.ETA is to the Coastal shipping port. Please allow for 7-14 days arrival to the depot in your area for pickup.

Please note that ETA'S can change due to but not limited to the following:

Acts of God, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, natural disasters, delays in manufacturing, parts shortages, strikes, shipping delays, pandemics, port closures, manufacturing holidays, manufacturing shutdowns, government imposed pandemic regulations etc.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Aftermarket Products

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

5. BerryPay Layaway Purchases

There are No Interest charges on any BerryPay Layaway Plan Purchases.

There are No Credit Checks to purchase through the BerryPay Layaway Plan.

All BerryPay payments will be sent from the customers bank to our RBC Bank VisionWerx Inc using the email esales@thespaberry.com on the payment days set out under the BerryPay Layaway Plan at time of purchase.

All products purchased through the BerryPay program are shipped according to the ETA on the product at time of final payment and once the final payment has been received.

All BerryPay purchases are Final Sales and are deemed non-refundable. If a customer wishes to cancel their purchase, the funds they have already paid will be held as a house credit redeemable for other products on the website.

All Products purchased using the BerryPay Program lock in the pricing at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.

6. SpaBerry Purchases

ALL SPABERRY HOT TUB SALES ARE FINAL ONCE ORDERED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

WHEN PURCHASING YOUR PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE OR DIRECTLY OVER THE PHONE, YOU AGREE TO THE POLICIES ABOVE AND AGREE THAT YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE COMPANY.
