Serial number of the SpaBerry must be sent to http://www.thespaberry.com/berryplanregistration.php upon delivery of your SpaBerry/miBerry product. Once the registration of the serial number is complete you will receive your BerryPlan EPC certificate
BerryPure water conditioning products must be used in conjunction with approved manufacturer water sanitizers, PH and alkalinity levels must be kept within manufacturer’s suggested ranges, and the spa water must be changed according to the manufacturer’s suggested timeframes of every 6 months.
SpaBerry/miBerry BerryFilters must be cleaned every month and replaced every year.
All BerryPlan coverage issues and questions/concerns must be sent immediately upon discovery to e-service. A SpaBerry/miBerry service technician will contact you upon receipt of your e-service email and work with you to resolve your concerns.
Exceptions to the BerryPlan EPC are consistent with those found in your original SpaBerry/miBerry product warranty. Download it HERE
